Seller policy

## Accurate listings Sellers must describe the exact item or service offered, including its condition, quantity, material details, defects, included accessories, fulfillment timing, and whether photographs show the actual item. Counterfeit, stolen, recalled, prohibited, or rights-infringing inventory is not allowed. ## Fulfillment and communication Inventory must be available when listed. Sellers must honor completed sales, use packaging appropriate to the item, ship within the stated handling window, add valid tracking when available, and respond promptly to order questions or claims. A shop is a business selling identity; an optional white-labeled website is a separate capability. ## Reviews and enforcement Sellers must cooperate with reviews involving authenticity, damage, misdescription, non-delivery, unsafe conduct, or payment risk.
